To go along with our apple themed unit we decided to do some apple stamping. My girls and their friend had so much fun! I even joined in on the fun.
What you need:
- Apples
- Paint (we used red, green, and yellow)
- A container for the paint (we used recycled salad container lids)
- Paper
Once your materials are all ready, it is time to start having fun. I cut the apples in half and then the girls started stamping wherever they wanted to on paper. They didn’t just do one painting, they did several!
I loved the girls finished compositions and we will definitely be doing this again!
Here are a few of our favorite apple books that we read.
