Just when I was excited to see that some of my flowers were still in bloom in my flower pots and garden boxes, it began to snow today. No…I am not ready for the snow yet!

I have to say though, I am still loving our pumpkins from our garden this year, even if some of them have a dusting of snow on them.

I am glad that we decided not to carve all of our pumpkins for Halloween this year, because now I get to enjoy our pumpkins throughout the month of November as well. Snow and all!

This next picture cracks me up. There are some days when it is too hard to resist those cute eyes, when I am driving my children to school, that beg to go for a ride too. Today was one of those days. Our sweet rescue dog Lily always insists on sitting in the passenger seat and she is all business when going for a ride. Honestly cracks me up! She is the silliest dog outside of car rides, but get her in a car and she has to see, hear, and smell, every little thing that goes on. We sure love this cutie and we don’t know what we would do without her.

My little one “Little Red” has both strep and pneumonia and I am praying for a speedy recovery for her. Poor thing has been so sick since Sunday and this freezing cold weather we are getting doesn’t seem to be helping things. Luckily I have been able to cuddle, visit, and take care of her this week, and she has been able to completely take it easy.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
